Hello World.

I am writing you from a town called sleep deprived.  My poor wife is much worse off than i am.

Eva has ben having a terribly tough time getting comfortable.  It takes her hours to find a position she can fall asleep in, then she is up shortly after to use the bathroom or something. If any one out there has any thoughts, please help!

we will post more later, (after some rest?)

Hello World.  Sorry for the terrible gap in postings.  We have been INSANELY busy. Where do i start the catching up?

Ok – so Eva is now at 18+weeks.  She has finally started to feel a bit better.  Sleeping has become an issue.  She usually slept on her back, but that is no longer a good idea (too much weight up front).  So she has to sleep on her side with a pillow under her tummy.  This works a bit.  I also picked up a great big pregnancy pillow that looks like a massive horse shoe.  It’s better but still not perfect.

So a few major events have occured since we last posted:

1. Eva went to the ER, she had trouble breathing (turns out the babies are just taking up lung space)

2. We visited and toured Duke’s delivery facility and NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) – it was helpful to see what we would be dealing with.

3. Family medical event (dont think i should post about other’s personal lives)

4. I started MBA program at UNC, Kenan-Flagler

5. Dave and Dina moved down, and Dave, Eva, and I started our Soy-based foam insulation business.

So a lot has been going on.

We had our anatomy scans – they spent roughly 45 mins. inventoring each baby.  Thank goodness, everything looked great and healthy. the correct amount of everything was there – so far so good.

We also found out that….  Baby A is a girl,  Baby C is a boy, and the mysterious Baby B…. is also a girl.  We were all really excited about the news.  Our friend Lynne Grossman and My Mom win the prize for the correct guessing.

Eva will write more when she gets a chance.  And I need to post some of the 3D/4D shots from the ultrasound.  Until then, here are some triplet belly pics.
